Pricing
Here is what
it costs.
Here is what everything costs. Most people want the monthly one, because one shoot day feeds a month of posts and the price stops being a decision you have to make again every time you need something.
Pick a lane, stay in it.
Six-month minimum, then month to month.
2 extra reels in your first month. So there is something going out while we are still figuring each other out.
One day a month
$2,500/month
A full shoot day cut into a month of pieces. You put them out yourself, or add posting for $1,000.
- 1 full shoot day a month
- 4 reels
- 2 carousels — mixed media, stills and video
- Monthly recap of what performed
One day a month, posted
$4,000/month
The same shoot day, twice the output, and none of it waits on you. This is the one most companies actually need.
- 1 full shoot day a month
- 8 reels
- 4 carousels — mixed media, stills and video
- A brand film every quarter, cut from footage we already have
- Everything posted on a set schedule, captions written, up to 3 platforms
- Monthly recap of what performed
Two days a month, managed
$7,000/month
For companies in more than one market, or with more going on than one day a month can cover. You stop thinking about social entirely.
- 2 shoot days a month
- 12 reels
- 6 carousels — mixed media, stills and video
- A brand film every quarter, cut from footage we already have
- Full management: up to 5 platforms, comments and DMs every weekday, a monthly report
- Quarterly strategy call
If one day a month is not the shape of your business
Three days a month
$10,000/month
For a company where this is the marketing department rather than a line item on it. I am on site most weeks, everything is managed, and the ads get made instead of quoted.
- 3 shoot days a month
- 20 reels
- 8 carousels — mixed media, stills and video
- A brand film every month
- Full management: up to 5 platforms, comments and DMs every weekday, a monthly report
- Ad creative every quarter, built in variants and made to run behind spend
- Priority scheduling and same-week turnarounds
- Strategy on site every quarter, not a phone call
- 2 extra reels in your first month, same as every tier
Not sure what a reel or a brand film actually is? Everything explained in plain English.
Need me out an extra day? $1,000, against $1,500 if you are not on a retainer.
Websites and lead systems.
One page
$500
Who you are, what you do, how to reach you.
The usual one
$2,500
Four or five pages. The one most companies pick.
Full build
$3,500to $5,000
Everything, from scratch, however many pages it takes.
The lead system is separate: $1,500 to build it around your business, then $250 a month to run it. That is the missed-call text back, the screen with every lead on it, and working back through your old customers. See how it works.
“That is a lot of money.”
It is. Here is the comparison that actually matters.
A junior marketing hire runs $45,000 to $60,000 a year before payroll tax and benefits. That person does not make the video. They arrange for the video to get made, and you pay for that on top of their salary. Hand it instead to someone who already has a full job and wants it done in their spare time, and it costs less and looks like it cost less.
So the question is not really the number. It is whether you are buying results or a smaller invoice.
The part where it goes out.
Making the content and getting it out the door are two different jobs. The second one is built into every tier from one day a month, posted upward. On the first tier it is $1,000 on top. Here is what each level covers.
Grows with you, not against you. If your account takes off and outgrows the package, we move up a tier. Written in from day one.
Posting
$1,000/month, or included from the second tier
Everything we shoot goes out on a schedule instead of sitting in a folder.
- Every piece posted on a set schedule
- Captions written for each post
- Up to 3 platforms
- You keep ownership of every account
Full management
$2,000/month, or included on two days a month and up
You stop thinking about social entirely. I run it and tell you what happened.
- Everything in Posting
- Up to 5 platforms
- Comments and DMs handled every weekday
- Filler posts in weeks with no new footage
- A monthly report in plain English
One pass every weekday. A Saturday comment gets answered Monday. I am not on your account at eleven at night.
I answer engagement, you answer your business. Pricing, availability, scheduling and complaints come straight to you in the daily note rather than getting guessed at in your voice.
If it outgrows the tier, we move up a tier. Written in from day one, so a channel taking off is good news for both of us.
Add-on only. These sit on top of a monthly package, because posting works when there is something worth posting.
Not ready for monthly?
Some of these have a price because everybody wants them and the number never really changes. The rest depend on what you are shooting, where, and how much of it, so you get a real number after a fifteen minute call instead of a guess dressed up as one.
Headshots
Proper photos of you and your people, for the website, the job board, LinkedIn and the truck. Half an hour, and you get five you actually like. The easiest thing on this page to say yes to.
Book itReels
Short vertical videos for social. Including the one most people mean and cannot name: one of your people on camera explaining one thing they know. A walkthrough of a job, what to look for on a bad roof, the question every customer asks. That is the kind that gets shared.
Book itWebsite
Built from scratch instead of dropped into a template, so it loads fast and looks like your company rather than everybody else's. Yours to keep. See the ones I have built
Get a quoteBrand film
The one video that explains who you are and why somebody should pick you. Goes at the top of your website, in front of a hiring ad, on the screen in your lobby. A minute or two long. Everything else gets cut out of it.
Get a quotePodcast or YouTube show
Three cameras, proper audio, cut and delivered ready to upload, plus the vertical clips out of every episode so one recording feeds a month of social. Travel is quoted separately. Custom animations and sound design are extra, and worth asking about if you want the show to have a look of its own.
Get a quoteAd creative starter
One shoot day, one idea, three different opening hooks cut from the same footage. You run them against each other and the winner is obvious within a week. Delivered in the shapes the platforms want, ready to upload.
Book itFresh hooks monthly
Ads stop working after about a month. Not a sales line, it is how the platforms work: once the same people have seen something three or four times it costs more and does less. Three new hooks every month, cut from footage you have already paid to shoot.
Get a quoteDrone
Shots from the air, for anything you cannot see properly from the ground. A roof, a golf course, acreage, a build at three stages. Cheaper added to a day already booked than as a day of its own, and I will tell you when it is not worth it.
Get a quoteRecruiting film
Your actual crew doing the actual work, made for people deciding whether to come work for you. Runs on your careers page and in job ads. Cheaper than a month of a job board that does not work.
Get a quoteCustomer testimonial
One of your customers on camera saying the thing you cannot say about yourself without sounding like an advert. You tell me who to call, I do the rest. They are having a conversation, not reading a script.
Get a quoteCommercial or ad set
One shoot, cut three ways for the three places it runs. A thirty second version, a fifteen and a six. You are not paying to film the same thing three times.
Get a quoteCustom dashboard
The screen that tells you what is running, what is stuck, and where the week actually went. Built around how you already work. Have a look at one
Get a quoteEvent or job site day
Tournaments, ribbon cuttings, big installs, open houses. I turn up, get it, and get out without slowing the day down. You get photos and video from the same day.
Get a quoteMotion graphics
The bits that move. Your name and title sliding in under you while you talk, your logo animating at the end, prices and arrows on screen. Built to match your brand instead of looking like a template.
Get a quoteMusic video
Full production, concept through final cut. Visualizers, ad mats and tour promos too. The band page has all of it
Get a quoteOn ads, to be clear: I make the creative, you run it and you pay the platform directly. I am not going to promise you a number of leads a day, because what that costs depends on your budget, your offer and your market, and anyone who quotes you a figure before knowing those is guessing. What I will tell you is which hook won and why.
Every one of these is explained without the jargon on what you actually get. Travel inside 60 miles of Loveland is free.
Bits and pieces.
Bolt these onto anything above, or book them on their own. Priced on the call — it depends what it is bolted to.
In a band? Music videos, visualizers, ad mats and tour promos are all still on the menu. The band page has the whole list.
Own it everywhere you already are.
Making the film and buying airtime are two different things. Everything you would normally do with a video is yours forever at no extra cost. If it goes into a paid campaign or onto television there is a licence on top, because the people in it and the music on it have to be cleared for that.
Included forever, no extra fee
- Your website and landing pages
- Organic social, every platform
- Email and newsletters
- Sales decks and pitch meetings
- Your YouTube channel
- Lobby, showroom and job trailer screens
- Trade show booths
- Recruiting, onboarding and training
Percentages are of the production fee, not of your ad spend. United States unless we agree otherwise. Talent releases and music licences have to cover the placement before it runs, so if a shoot was only cleared for social, re-clearing is billed at cost. Tell me up front if television is where this is headed and I will quote it all together.
Not sure which
one you need?
Fifteen minutes on the phone sorts it. No pitch, and you get a straight answer even if the answer is that you do not need me yet.
